***3-5 PQE CORPORATE ASSOCIATE AT UK FIRM***

An established UK firm with a fantastic working culture is looking for a 3-5 PQE Associate to join its London Corporate group.

The role will focus on M&A transactional work, but there will also be an element of AIM listed matters, as well as joint ventures, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, private equity deals, and partnership agreements too.

Associates work across all the partners in the team, in order to gain a broad variety of Corporate experience.
