My client is a leading Global law firm with over 40 offices across the world and is now looking for an EL/PL litigation assistant/paralegal to join the Birmingham office on a permanent basis. The firm can offer outstanding support and prospects for progressing your career, as well as the opportunity to work alongside some of the best lawyers in the world.
You will form part of the firm’s healthcare division advising on NHS resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims.
You will join the firm as a litigation assistant/paralegal providing assistance to one of the Lawyers within the healthcare division whilst also running a caseload of your own EL/PL claims of mainly low to medium value.
In order to be considered for this EL/PL Litigation Assistant role, you will need at least 1-2 years+ experience in defending employers and public liability claims, previous litigation experience and experience of running a caseload of your own.
