Commercial Property (Energy) Solicitor


QED Legal are working alongside a major national and international law firm in Leeds who are looking for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their real estate (energy and natural resources) team in the centre of the city.

The wider real estate team in the UK number 200 lawyers over 8 different locations and offers best in class exposure to clients and high quality, high value real estate work.

This role is to specialise in the energy and natural resources sector advising on a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, asset and portfolio management and landlord and tenant work.

The client base is impressive with a real broad spectrum of clientele from smaller start ups to large multi-national energy businesses.

Ideally the right candidate will be around 1-4 years PQE with a strong interest in the energy sector. Perhaps a lawyer who has worked at a national or regional practice who has done some energy work but is looking to specialise in this growing sector. The firm will also consider those at NQ level who have strong experience of good quality commercial property work from their training seat(s)

Although the firm is global in size and nature but also has a strong local feel in where each of their offices are based. As a traditionally northern firm they have strong roots and ties to the Yorkshire region.
