Non Contentious Construction Lawyer

We have been instructed by a Top 10 City firm, who are seeking to recruit an experienced non contentious construction, lawyer to join their busy team on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.

Clients of this highly regarded team include governments, leading developers and financiers, many of whom are household names. The team is ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and Tier 1 by the Legal 500
They offer a multi-sector, full-service capability, advising on project structuring and delivery, risk analysis and management, tendering and procurement, contract drafting and negotiation, transaction due diligence, contract and, in conjunction with our specialist contentious construction colleagues claims, management and dispute resolution

Joining an industry leading team the successful candidate will be working on non contentious construction matters relating to property transactions and energy and infrastructure projects.

Sought is a experienced non contentious construction lawyer who has upwards of 3 years PQE and is available at relatively short notice. Experience of UK commercial real estate is highly desirable. The role will be offered on a fixed term basis for three to six months and may lead to a permanent position with this highly regarded team.
