My client is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with at least 3 years' post qualification experience to join the team. You will be dealing with a wide range of work including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and MBIs? Any sector experience of retail, leisure, media, technology, financial services or property would be an advantage but is not essential.
