A specialist opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join this highly ranked firms Trusts & Estates Administration department.
You will be a solicitor between NQ-3 PQE with ideally 1 years' experience in non-contentious probate. You will also have some experience supervising paralegals and dealing with non-contentious probate work that includes the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates.
You will be working on behalf of a number of large high street banks and building societies to offer specialist advice on probate, trusts, and estates administration. You will be working to strict targets and deadlines and as a minimum you will have 1 years' experience in all areas of non-contentious probate.
This opening would be suited to a forward-thinking solicitor who ideally has experience managing a team or supervising other juniors.
The STEP diploma is advantageous but not essential.
