Head of Conveyancing/Residential Property Solicitor - Brighton, East Sussex
A modern and foward thinking law firm with offices across East Sussex are looking to recruit a commercially minded Residential Property Solicitor to join as the Head of Conveyancing.
Joining an established and growing regional conveyancing team, your role will be to manage a team of Fee Earners spanning several offices, therefore you can be based in either Brighton or Eastbourne and be able to attend other offices throughout the region. In addition to overseeing a team, you may also have a small caseload of residential property matters. You'll have responsibility for training, undertaking file reviews, dealing with any client issues and the efficient running of the team.
You must be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in handling all aspects of residential property. In addition, you'll have supervisory experience, Similar experience gained in a Head of Residential Property/Head of Conveyancing role would be a distinct advantage, although Senior Conveyancing Solicitors who have overseen more junior colleagues are also encouraged to apply. Existing introducer contacts/connections in the Sussex area would be highly desirable.
