This friendly medium-sized firm is very busy and seeking an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join the Exeter real estate team.
In this role your caseload will not be too specialised, but will be quite broad. You will handle a full caseload to include leases, secured lending, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses. Your clients will also be broad to include pension providers, commercial investors, developers, landlords and tenants, banks and business operators.
Ideally you should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year experience, but applications are welcome from commercial property lawyers with many more years of relevant experience.
Where appropriate you should be willing to lend a hand managing more junior staff members, although this will not make up the main bulk of your role.
You should have a friendly and approachable manner when dealing with existing clients.
