An award winning regional law firm is looking to recruit a junior Commercial property solicitor to join their highly successful departmentYou will support a team running a range of matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, new leases, portfolio management etc. They have a large client portfolio including both national and International businesses.
In order to be successful you will have:
- To be a qualified solicitor with prior commercial property experience
- be able to draft and negotiate commercial leases
- have an understanding of secured lending
