Conveyancing Paralegal - Sheffield

The Firm:

The Role:

-Due to growth, the firm is now looking to add an additional conveyancing paralegal to support the conveyancing team with a varied caseload which includes; sales and purchase, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, new builds, transfer of equity
-Daily tasks will include; pre/post completion checks, creating initial packs, land registry, searches and delivering first class service to clients

Requirements:

-For this role, it is essential you have had experience within residential conveyancing and excellent communication skills to liaise with people at all levels
-As a conveyancing paralegal you will be working very closely with a residential conveyancer, gaining first hand experience of a busy conveyancing team so you will hit the ground running!
