A rare and unique opportunity has arisen for a commercial and residential conveyancer to join a reputable law firm in Birmingham.

Our client is looking for a commercial and residential conveyancer with at least three years’ experience to handle a split caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Based in the Chinese quarter, this firm mainly act for overseas investors looking to buy/sell commercial premises or residential property.

You will come on board to handle your own caseload of matters supported by four paralegals. You will have your own office and the firm offer free car parking over the road from the office. Supervisory experience would be beneficial but is not essential. The firm can also offer progression through to directorship for the right person.

To be considered you must have a strong background in residential or commercial conveyancing or ideally both. You must have a desire to learn and develop your skill set, along with being involved in the networking and business development activities the firm gets involved in.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set with a firm that really does offer plenty of autonomy.

To be considered please contact Rebecca Higgs at G2 Legal or apply online.
