Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join this leading L500 rated Buckinghamshire practice.
With a minimum of 10 years' PQE, you will take over the running of the Dispute Resolution Department and must be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with:
- Commercial litigation
- Director and shareholder disputes
- Insolvency disputes
- Marketing and promoting the firm and department
- Writing articles
- Briefing Counsel
It will be also be advantageous to have experience of dealing with Consumer Disputes, Landlord and tenant matters, Neighbour and Boundary Disputes, Defamation, Intellectual Property Disputes, Contentious Probate and Debt Recovery.
There will be supervisory elements to the role and experience of supervising junior colleagues will be beneficial. In addition, you will undertake business development to assist in further growing the department.
