The role:

This firm are looking to appoint a confident Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE into their Windsor office.

The residential conveyancing team is a busy and growing department who work with a range of clients from first-time buyers to property developers. You'll take on a varied caseload of conveyancing work and will look to expand your capacity through building relationships with clients and professional contacts.

The firm is looking for someone who wants to take on a management level role. Therefore, a proven ability to network, market and secure new business is highly desirable as you'll be in a position to make a significant impact on the growth of the department.

You'll be working alongside some of the most established lawyers within the industry, opening up an opportunity for an ambitious individual to work alongside some of the most knowledgeable leaders in the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE
• Experience of dealing with a busy caseload
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to market and network
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Team player and willing to take on a managerial role
