TITLE: Banking & Finance Associate
LOCATION: Manchester/Leeds
SALARY: £50,000+ DOE
PQE: 1-4
Our client is looking for a banking and finance solicitor to join their team.

The Role
- Manging projects from start to finish, ensuring an easy process to close of the transaction and effectively delivering projects.
- Providing training to junior team members including paralegals and trainees where suitable
- Negotiating, composing and reviewing a range of documents including term sheets, security documents, intercreditor agreements and facility agreements
- Assist in developing a growing team as it strengthens through new clients and existing client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 PQE with experience working in a top tier firm
- Strong experience working with financial transactions as well as drafting document skills
- Ambitious and enjoys an intellectual challenge
- Commercially approached and a quick learner
- Excellent communicator with proven client relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- Co-operative team player
