Are you a solicitor looking for a fresh start? A high calibre real estate law firm is looking to recruit a Property Partner to support their busy and growing London team

The Team:

• The team's expertise covers dilapidations, rights to light, business tenancy renewals and rent reviews, including arbitration and associated risk analysis, as well as contentious property matters arising from retail insolvencies; recently, this included obtaining orders requiring administrators to pay rent as necessary disbursement or expense of the administration as well as obtaining orders for possession where administrators would not consent to the forfeiture of a lease.
• Specialist real estate firm, which is praised for 'punching well above its weight', provides expert knowledge on matters including forward funding, construction, redevelopment, joint venture agreements, site acquisitions and assemblies, leaseback transactions and pre-lets.
• Development and investment work for the group encompasses several sectors including retail, office, hotels and leisure, mixed-use, industrial and residential
