This exceptionally forward thinking mid-City firm has a newly created opportunity for a construction associate who will have upwards of 5 years pqe. Working within a small team of colleagues, each of whom has a strong reputation in the legal construction industry, the work will be very varied. The successful candidate will take on a blended role of contentious and non-contentious. Clients are from the public and commercial sectors and include corporates, individuals, architects, funders and owners. The spectrum of matters will include procurement, contracts, insurance as well as arbitrations, mediations and advice throughout litigation.
