Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the Yorkshire. The role will initially be for 3 months but likely to go on for much longer and can be worked enitrely remotel.

Ideally, candidates will have previous public sector experience although candidates who have significant experience in an in-house role would also be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to take on a varied commercial caseload, this is likely to include:

  • Goods and services contracts
  • IT contracts
  • Procurement
  • State Aid
  • Porject work
  • Breach of contract

Our client will also consider candidates who are seeking part-time work, although a full-time working pattern is preferred. Whilst are clients are ideally looking for candidates with previous public sector experience, they would consider candidates from other backgrounds.
