Excellent mid-City firm has created a new role for a real estate litigator. The firm is well regarded for this work and there will be extensive exposure to high quality work across commercial and residential property disputes. Applicants will have upwards of 4 years experience of litigation relating to matters such as rent reviews, easements, nuisance, restrictive covenants service charge disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.
