Salary: Dependant on Experience
An awarding, legal 500 ranked firm are looking to expand their banking and finance department with a solicitor hire.
The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and finance and is NQ – 3 years PQE. You must have great communicational skills, team working skills and commercially minded.
The role will require you to advise clients on a variety of transactional banking matters such like corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, securitisation, loan book trading and infrastructure finance.
