The Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud lawyers in the team specialise in fraud (civil and criminal); commercial disputes; international corporate investigations; and cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance).
THE PERSON
* 2-5PQE commercial litigation solicitor
* Must have strong prior experience of commercial litigation
* Candidates will ideally also have prior experience of civil fraud and interim injunction work
* Strong academic background
