Exciting new opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a popular London Borough council on a locum 12-month contract from May 2021.

My client is seeking a competent and enthusiastic Childcare Lawyer to hold the following duties:

  • Handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings
  • Providing advice on any public law childcare legislation
  • Conducting advocacy if/when required
  • Supporting paralegals

While previous public care experience is preferred, my client will consider candidates from private practice and chambers, as long as you can demonstrate the required skills.

With this being a long-term locum assignment within a friendly, reputable and well-organised team, you will have the amazing opportunity to really develop professionally and grow within this role.
