This is a unique opportunity to join a high street firm with an excellent profile in the area.
Ideally you will be happy to take on a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters. You will be inheriting a caseload from a retiring partner so it is an excellent opportunity to cement those relationships with some guaranteed billings and perhaps you will be open to taking on partnership at some point in the future.
You could be a solicitor or qualified FILEX who would motivated by a varied client base and comfortable being the main property fee earner in that office although you would closely alongside a commercial property partner.
The firm would be keen to hear from experienced fee earners who have excellent local connections already or who can demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area in this scenic area.
