This ever-popular City firm is looking to recruit an additional junior Associate Solicitor for its well-regarded Employment department.
The firm is a popular destination for Employment Associates looking to escape a heavy transaction focused workflow as much of the department's work is self-generated. In particular, the team is well known for its advisory practice within professional and financial services. The team is naturally also well placed to advise senior execs and often does, particularly where the SMCR is relevant. Another attractive feature is plenty of exposure to Tribunal work, largely respondent but also some high-end claimant (again, for very senior execs).
The department is busy across the board and, aside from junior Associates, is keen to hear from junior, mid and senior level associates who are keen to join a mid-sized firm and an Employment department that has little corporate support (no more than 10-15%).
