As predicted by many at the turn of the year, the demand for Equity Capital Markets Associates is picking up. We are delighted to be assisting this US firm with the recruitment of a junior (NQ-3) Associate who is keen to specialise in ECM (whilst keeping a hand in general M&A work).
With a focus on Tech and Energy (and, no doubt, where the two meet), this popular US firm is looking to further grow its ECM practice in London. An Associate with some ECM experience and the desire to gain a lot more is required. The team's work is very international in nature and you will be working on some exciting matters for innovative clients - please note, this isn't just part of the SPAC boom, the commitment to ECM in London is real, strategic and long-term.
