The Role

5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor to join leading Bristol team

The local go-to on all Private Client law matters, the team's broad skillset often deals with high complexity and fiscal value cases, whilst never losing sight of the personal approach that sets them apart from the competition.

You will utilise your skills and experiences with the ownership of a buoyant caseload involving an appropriate mix of Wills, Probate, LPA and Estates & Trusts. The team supports clients in COP and contentious matters also.

You will influence the team's strategic direction whilst also being hands-on with the more complex matters and guiding those more junior in expanding their insight.

Structurally, the team is balanced to ensure staff at work according to experience while having exposure to challenging matters. You will have room to breathe, find the work compelling and work in harmony with those at all levels with dedicated Paralegal support.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.

The Requirements

• 5+ years Fee Earning experience within numerous areas of Private Client law

• Willingness to expand knowledge and progress up the ladder as encouraged by the firm

• Business Development and interpersonal skills and understanding their importance

• Keen to helps develop and leave your market on the careers of those more junior
