The Role

5+ PQE Senior Residential Property Solicitor/Fee Earner to join Bristol arm of prestigious UK firm.

The Residential Property Team supports many long-standing clients in matters including but not limited to buying, selling, re-mortgaging, extending leases, short-hold tenancies and the investigation of unregistered and complex property titles.

The team is the go-to for landed and HNW clients, whilst performing to the highest degree on bespoke matters with a client-focused approach.

You will utilise your skills and experiences in Property law within a varied and buoyant caseload, underpinned by the technology to ensure deadlines are met in a way not detrimental to quality.

Joining as a Senior, you will influence the team's strategic direction whilst also being hands-on with the more complex matters and guiding those more junior in their legal insight.

Structurally, the team is balanced to ensure staff at all levels work according to experience whilst having exposure to matters they find challenging. You will have room to breathe, find the work compelling and work in harmony with those at all levels.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining stellar relations with current and future key clients.

The Requirements

• 5+ years Fee Earning experience
• Apt at working to deadlines whilst sustaining a narrative with clients and all stakeholders
• Proven Business Development success, understanding its importance for the team and the wider firm.
• Help develop junior staff whilst working continually to increase your team's expertise and position.
