Residential Conveyancer , Hampshire
My client is a well known multi-service high street law firm in Hampshire.
Currently it seems there is a part time caseload available - this could be 20 hours a week. Applications from conveyancers who want full time work will also be considered although you will either need to have your sources of work to bring top the firm - or - you would be happy to participate in business development to build up to a full hours caseload. As a result please view any salary advertised with caution, this could be a full time or part time pro-rata equivalent salary on offer.
The successful candidate will be dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing and should have experience of managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion.
You should be outgoing, positive and friendly. You will also have excellent communication and organisation skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be keen to generate work and build good relationships with clients, agents etc as the firm has always experienced growth in this way.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
