I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Lincoln based law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal.
The role will include the following
• Drafting and approving leases.
• Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Client liaison.
• Due diligence.
• Carrying out searches.
• Auction packs.
• Exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities.
The ideal Candidate:
• Positive and flexible approach.
• Hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Desire to work to a high quality of service.
• Able to work confidently within a Commercial Property Department - must have previously worked within this area before.
• Knowledge of case management systems.
