The Role

5+ PQE Senior Immigration Associate to join Legal 500, Top 100 national firm in Bristol.

With an influential role in the broader national team, an Immigration Associate is needed to advise on all business immigration matters such as Sponsor Licensing, Points-Based System applications and Sole Representative of Overseas Business applications, in addition to providing immigration support to the firm's high-net worth private clients where required (for example, Partner of British citizen applications, indefinite leave to remain applications, Tier 1 (Investor) applications, and advising on immigration appeals).

Being a leader, you will mentor and guide others in the team, offering your expertise across the firm, whilst expanding the team's reach in terms of remit and reputation.

Being technically minded, driven, and ambitious, you will manage multiple projects across numerous sectors whilst also providing training, seminars and contributing to media.

• 5+ years PQE experience within business-orientated immigration matters
• Initiative, ambition and drive to succeed within the team
• Interest in developing long-term, trusted client relationship
