This national Legal 100 firm is looking to hire an experienced property litigation solicitor to join the team based in its Cardiff office.

You will be part of an established team which acts for high profile landlord and tenant clients, including major corporate clients, household name retailers, investment companies, real estate management clients and investors. Sectors include retail, leisure, office and housing.

In this role, you will be taking on an existing caseload of often complex property litigation matters for these high-profile clients. You will be working closely with the partners in the team as well as junior solicitors and support staff.

The role would suit an ambitious property litigation solicitor of at least 5 years’ PQE from a leading team in this sector, with demonstrable experience of running a caseload of complex property disputes under minimal supervision.

As part of this opening, you will be handling an excellent caseload of property litigation matters, enjoying extensive client contact, flexible working, a competitive salary & benefits package and a path to partnership for the right candidate.

If you're an experienced property litigation solicitor looking to develop your career with a leading team in Cardiff, please get in touch or send your CV.
