Social Care Solicitor, Manchester, Market Leading National Law Firm 

JOB TITLE: Social Care Solicitor
PQE: At least 2 years
LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:
The newly appointed Social Care Solicitor will join a busy team advising a range of clients including local authorities, educational institutions, charitable and commercial organisations. You will have your own caseload of social care matters that could include safeguarding children and vunerable adults, negligence, injuries, human rights and data protection issues.
As well as the standard fee earning expectations of this role, you will be expected to deliver seminars and training to clients and be encouraged to get involved in business development initiatives to attract new work streams.

THE CANDIDATE:
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years’ PQE gained within the social care law sector and you will have ideally have gained exposure to a number of areas of law such as mental health, adult or child welfare, court of protection and human rights issues. It is essential that you are an effective communicator and team player with a desire to specialise in this niche area of law.
