Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from our client, a national, full-service law firm, to recruit a new Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor to their Top Tier-ranked commercial team. On offer with this opportunity is the chance to join a very highly-rated practice and work on a diverse range of complex and high value commercial matters, including large-scale procurement on behalf of national clients.

This team is renowned nationally for the quality of their work and clients and, through organic growth, have an opening for a Solicitor of at least 5 years' PQE to play an integral part in the development of their practice. Candidates should ideally have procurement or PPP experience, but those with strong IT experience may also be considered.

The team have an excellent client base, which includes major national companies, national and local government institutions and large third sector organisations. The successful candidate can expect to provide expert advice around public sector contracting, commercial outsourcing and joint ventures within a broad range of sectors including local authority, leisure, education, healthcare and education.
