Legal Archives/Records Management Assistant - £26,000
Successful and expanding law firm based at St Pauls is actively recruiting a Records/Archives assistant to provide a first-class storage and retrieval service for the Practice, Internal and external clients.
You will be a key member of the Archive Destruction Project, which is currently ongoing and also the first point contact for the majority of Archives team staff queries for all the UK office. You will need strong enthusiasm and commitment as a key part of large Archives projects that currently are being undertaken.
To apply you’ll need similar legal archives/records experience in a law firm, and previous experience using an electronic storage system/database - experience using Elite Enterprise or Elite 3E will be a big advantage.
This role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
