Civil Litigation Solicitor

A well-established Law firm in Herefordshire is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor.

The Civil Litigation Solicitor will work closely with the Director and other members of staff, managing their own caseload from start to finish, to include:

  • Neighbour disputes
  • Professional Negligence
  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Nuisance
  • Human Rights
  • General Litigation

The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor:

  • 2-5 years’ PQE
  • Demonstrable experience of managing your own caseload of varied litigation matters from inception to completion
  • Forward thinking
  • Experience in Commercial Litigation would be beneficial
