Working alongside the conveyancing team, this role will be in a fast-paced environment and you will be friendly, polite, well organised and enthusiastic. Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will work with and handle a caseload from start to finish consisting of sale, purchase, leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgage and transfer of equity.
