We are assisting this Top 100 law firm in their recruitment for a property lawyer to join their large newbuild development team who are based in Bristol.

Acting for local and national developers, this team is recognised for their quality service across the South West and beyond. This team sits within the wider residential property team.

The ideal residential property lawyer will have atleast 2 years' experience of working for developers on newbuild and plot sales. If this experience is with traditional residential property, then please still get in touch. WE are looking for someone who is a residential property legal executive, a licenced conveyancer or a paralegal with a number of years' experience.

On offer is a great opportunity to work with an excellent commercial firm and great client base. There is an excellent market rate salary (DOE), a city centre location and a busy workload of a good quality.
