A recognised market-leading digital transformation company is seeking to recruit commercial counsel to deliver effective and efficient legal advice across the business.

This is a digital transformation company helping clients across all industry sectors improve their digital position within the market. With the rise of technology within the business, the company has seen great success and the legal team are exposed to high-quality, complex work.

Reporting directly to the Legal Director and working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will provide business-orientated legal service that ensures the business can meet its commercial and contractual objectives.

You will need to be a senior qualified with post qualification experience gained at a top tier law firm or in-house. This role can be based in the London or Hertfordshire based offices or can be remote so open to all the UK. You are trusted to work how is best for you.

With the group becoming increasingly international with several overseas acquisitions and mergers over the years, this is a great opportunity to progress and make a difference within a growing company.
