New - Commercial Property Solicitor /Associate for regional firm in Swindon.

Our client is an extremely well regarded firm within the region, with multiple offices and a number of high quality clients. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their busy and successful Property team in their centrally situated Swindon office. You will be given high levels of responsibility and autonomy from day one, but will also be provided with the structure and support necessary to allow you to develop as a solicitor and progress your career with the firm. Your case-load will be broad and varied, and will include working on Commercial Property transactions such as acquisitions, sales and refinancing of both freehold and leasehold commercial premises, developer land acquisitions and plot sales, as well as advising and negotiating on commercial leases.
