As the Commercial Property Paralegal within the team you will be playing a pivotal role in managing all elements of property leasing, disposal and contract review.

Joining a strong in-house team you will also be able to experience other aspects of law and potentially migrate to a commercial and property paralegal position.

Taking a commercial lead on all property related matters for the company and its associated partners. Supporting the in-house property legal counsel to enable the department to operate in a proactive and customer-centric manner

Profile

You may currently be a Commercial Property Paralegal looking for a move in house

You will need to be exposed to significant amounts of commercial property related work.

Either NQ solicitor or CILEX/FILEX paralegal.

Keen to work in-house

Able to be based within the Thames Valley near High Wycombe

Happy to learn new areas of law as and when the workload allows to support the other members of your team.
