THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for a Construction Solicitor 3 + PQE to join a highly regarded team. The department acts for developers, major corporations, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, construction consultants, local authorities, registered providers of social housing and PFI consortia.

As a key team member, you will be expected to handle a mainly non-contentious work load in addition to participating in business development and marketing initiatives

The department is instructed on some of the largest construction developments in the social housing sector which are often in the spotlight of the national media.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an ambitious construction solicitor, looking to make a career move to join a successful and busy construction team.

You will have experience of drafting bespoke and standard JCT contracts. Candidates with an understanding of procuring developments through JV structures and asset management contracts would be particular interest.
