In-House Legal Counsel (Broad generalist role) 1-6 PQE - UAE

Our client, a thriving commercial organisation based in the UAE, is seeking to hire a versatile legal counsel reporting directly to Head of Legal as part of a small closely knit team.

We are looking for generalist commercial and corporate experience as the responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with multinational and government clients, M&A, the establishment of joint ventures, contract disputes, employment matters, project management etc.

Requirements:

• 1-6 PQE (the business can hire at different levels)
• Strong private practice training
• Qualified in either the UK, Ireland, US, New Zealand, Australia or South Africa
• Strong generalist experience
• Exposure to the aviation sector would be of advantage
