The Role:

-You will have previous experience of handling a caseload from inception through to post completion which will vary depending upon experience but will include:

* Setting up new sites
* Extensive Client Liaison
* Plot sales team management
* Residential Development and plot sales liaison

Requirements:

-You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer with experience in handling your own files from inception to post completion
-Ideally some exposure to plots and new builds
