Great opportunity to join a fantastic multi office firm that are now looking to recruit an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be competitive.
About the Role
Our client is now seeking a further Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team at their North West Kent office. Joining a highly knowledgeable team you will be expected to manage a busy caseload of taxable and non-taxable estates and trusts work from initial instruction through to completion. Memberships such as STEP and SFE would be desirable but not essential.
Candidate Requirements
The caseload calls for a Lawyer with c.2+years PQE in managing a probate caseload. A high standard of client care is a given, as is a proven track record in business development.
