Our client, a well established corporate firm in Buckinghamshire, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Paralegal on a fixed term contract basis.

The role will be situated in the Development and Social Housing team which focuses on acting for developers, funders and occupiers on all types of development projects including site acquisitions for development and multi-purpose development agreements.

Applications are sought from experienced paralegals who have previous commercial property experience and a general understanding of development and social housing. In addition, a strong academic background, solid IT skills, financial awareness and strong communication skills are required.

The role is initially being offered as a 6 month FTC but it has the potential to be extended further.

This is fantastic opportunity in which you can develop your real estate experience further whilst working for a well regarded firm.
