The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor into their flourishing Camberley, Surrey office.

You will work as part of a small team, you will be at the forefront of this growing department and will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

The range of Family work will range from; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1), prenuptial agreements and pre-civil-partner agreements, advice for unmarried families, international aspects of separation and divorce, domestic violence and protection from abuse, and injunctions

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will deal with a high-quality family caseload
• You should have excellent communication skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, in addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package
