JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £50-60,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This highly ranked property litigation team works regularly with the property transaction team to resolve potential real estate disputes before they become contentious. They carry out risk assessments for a broad range of clients where a potential dispute is apparent as well as conduct litigation in the Courts and Tribunals. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a varied caseload including matters such as lease renewal proceedings (opposed and unopposed); dilapidation and disrepair claims; service of break notices; rent reviews; recovery of arrears and easement disputes (rights of way, rights to park rights of access).

THE CANDIDATE:
The team is now looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor / Associate with at least 4 or 5 years’ PQE. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of property and property litigation law, experienced in handling your own caseload and thinking independently and someone who is willing to take on a high degree of responsibility.
