The Role

They are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years+ PQE into their growing team in Westminster, Central London.

You will be working alongside their existing knowledgeable and experienced team of 7, to help drive the business forward. There is a high level of support from skilled paralegals, allowing the fee earners to concentrate on offering high levels of service, whilst winning and retraining clients.

The work will be broad across a range of industry sectors, making for an interesting role. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, development, investment, commercial leases and licenses to assign.

There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years+ PQE (there is no upper limit to levels of experience)
• You should have a good billing track record
