Legal Counsel, Media Business

This communications business is one of the world's leading marketing and PR organisations. With a client list that is second to none, they have won industry and employment awards.

Due to growth in the legal team, the business are now looking for a Junior Legal Counsel and a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team.

The work will be varied and will include working on a broad range of company and commercial matters. Examples include professional services agreements; procurement and vendor supply agreements; confidentiality agreement;, influencer agreements; data protection agreements; and licensing arrangements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, fast moving busines,s where your work will be valued. You would have ideally qualified into the commercial team of a top city law firm or be working in-house, and have experience of working with creative businesses.
