Fantastic opportunity for a qualified conveyancer (Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor) to join this Staffordshire based practice and be part of a growing team that have established themselves as one of the go to conveyancers in the region.
Based just a short drive from Stoke city centre, the location is easy to get to and has local parking options. You will have a seamless IT system that won't 'get in the way' of dealing with tasks such as completions, automating emails and online searches.
You need to have gained at least 2 years experience in a standalone conveyancing role and be able to managed a caseload of circa 80 - 100 files with the ability to run sales & purchase, plot sales & purchase, remortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, transfer of equity and new build matters. An open dialogue with clients is encouraged and there will be plenty of opportunities in the future to see clients on a face to face basis at their properties and in the office on a regular basis so you must have a friendly and warm demeanour. You will be dealing with all complex and high value residential property matters within the department and will be provided with secretarial assistance and be expected to deal with approximately 20 - 25 completions per month.
Outstanding opportunity to work in a small friendly firm that have tremendous client relationships and a strong standing in the local community. Salary is based on experience but will likely fall between £35,000 - £45,000, plus a great benefits scheme.
For further information on this role please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for a confidential chat and to discuss this (and other) opportunities in more detail.
