Are you a commercial property solicitor, somewhere between one and three years PQE and with a desire to pursue a career within real estate?

If so, then please do read on.

My client, one of Scotland's premier legal firms, is casting their eyes towards the market to secure a solicitor with at least one year of post qualified experience in a leading commercial property department to join their thriving property and infrastructure team.

This is a group that specialises in property investment and development, development funding, joint ventures, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio acquisitions and public sector led regeneration.

You will work alongside a Partner that has been at the forefront of this type of work for some years and as such, is a highly respected, Legal 500 noted, expert within commercial property and infrastructure matters both in Scotland and beyond.

Should you have interest in renewable energy, exposure to this area of law can also be provided.

Commercial acumen is essential to be considered for this role as my client expects all their solicitors to be involved in business development from assistant solicitor to Partner level.

Whilst many Scottish firms have merged with larger England & Wales or international competitors over the last few years, my client has bucked that trend and expanded consistently in their original form.

For additional information, please contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
